Wei Jing is Manager (Incubation) at IIE. Her responsibilities includes supporting startups that IIE incubates and organising the biennial Lee Kuan Yew Global Business Plan Competition.

Wei Jing has been developing and supporting youth on their entrepreneurship interest. She believes that no man is an island and people are best supported when they are together. Hence, she is interested in community building and bringing people together.

Beyond work, she enjoys watching Formula 1 races on the TV, Japanese dramas and babies making a mess of themselves. She also likes animals, from a distance.
