For the past decade, Rafael's portfolio has been dedicated to the development and growth of the National start-up ecosystem for Institute's of Higher Learning where he has been championing Entrepreneurship Centres and grooming founders across several Institutes and disciplines.

He has also started and successfully exited multiple businesses with operations ranging from localised garage based hustles to regional activities. He has been responsible for growth at both the corporate and ecosystem domains and is well known to be driven and passionate about supporting start-ups and our National I&E agenda.
