Transforming Social Organisations: Innovating, Creating Value, Scaling for Impact

Johanna Mair and Christian Seelos will unravel these current topics facing organisations on the frontlines of social change. Drawing on Mair and Seelos’ decade-long research of leading social enterprises around the world, this Masterclass will provide you with practical frameworks and tools to understand innovation processes, and to diagnose the organisational and contextual factors that limit the effectiveness of innovation. You will learn a tested approach of balancing innovation, value creation and scaling that enables your organisation to maximise its social impact.
