Founders Workshop - Go-To-Market Plan That Builds Traction Fast

This module introduces the concept of how an effective Go To Market (GTM) plan is designed. This is an essential process for a startup business to generate traction fast. This module covers the essential components of a GTM plan including; branding, value proposition, segmentation and beachhead strategy, customer insights, personas, customer journeys, content creation, growth hacking tips and customer experience and delight. The module adopts a structured approach to creating a step by step GTM plan through proven concepts and fact finding processes.

The course is designed to benefit startups and entrepreneurs by providing deep and relevant insights and concepts that can be easily learnt and effectively applied.

 

Workshop Objective

The aims of this module are to:

  1. Understand the concept of GTM and how to create a plan
  2. Understand how a comprehensive GTM plan can build traction fast
  3. Comprehend the various components in a GTM plan
  4. Understand how to identify a target segment and attract your beachhead
  5. Understand how to create an effective inbound content marketing strategy designed to match a customer journey
  6. Understand how companies have created and implement effective GTM plans with examples and case studies

At the completion of this session, participants would develop understanding and knowledge in the following:

  • How to create an effective GTM plan
  • What are the essential steps in creating a GTM
  • How to identify a target segment/beachhead and attract this segment
  • How to design a customer persona and buyer journey for a target segment
  • How to create a promotional and content plan that attracts the target segment
  • What metrics to consider to measure success
