Founders Workshop - Go-To-Market Plan That Builds Traction Fast
This module introduces the concept of how an effective Go To Market (GTM) plan is designed. This is an essential process for a startup business to generate traction fast. This module covers the essential components of a GTM plan including; branding, value proposition, segmentation and beachhead strategy, customer insights, personas, customer journeys, content creation, growth hacking tips and customer experience and delight. The module adopts a structured approach to creating a step by step GTM plan through proven concepts and fact finding processes.
The course is designed to benefit startups and entrepreneurs by providing deep and relevant insights and concepts that can be easily learnt and effectively applied.
