Meeting Rooms
How to book meeting rooms
- The Greenhouse has just three meeting rooms and they are all located on level 4.
- Meeting room bookings are managed through a platform called Skedda, which your account manager will grant you access to if you have requested for access to The Greenhouse.
- Bookings are capped at 6 hours per team member per week.
- Please be considerate to other users, and make sure to book rooms prior to utilising them.
- Please utilise meeting rooms for conducting important meetings. Do not use the meeting rooms as personal / team workspaces.
- For the Kapok boardroom, do note that bookings are only available in 1-hour, non-consecutive blocks of time. Also, if you're in strong need of the Kapok boardroom when an IIE team member has already booked, please contact your account manager or reach out to incubation@smu.edu.sg to see if the booking can be released for you.
