As a deep believer of empowering our youth, he's excited to foster innovation and entrepreneurial thinking at IIEZi Hao loves working in fast-paced, dynamic environments where he's constantly experimenting and trying new things. The best days are when he's tackling challenges that don't have obvious answers yet.What really gets him excited is helping nurture Singapore's next generation of innovators, one person at a time. There's something special about fostering that mindset shift—watching someone learn to think differently, spot opportunities, and approach problems with creativity and resilience.When Zi Hao's not at work, you'll catch him doing yoga, bouldering, or diving. Turns out he likes a good challenge in his free time too!
