Minoli Almeida is a marketer who became a founder. With nearly 25 years in marketing communications, she has deep expertise in brand storytelling, digital marketing, community building, influencer marketing, thought leadership, and integrated campaigns, spanning startups, SMEs, MNCs, and large-scale programmes.
In 2020, she left the corporate track to build a boutique communications consultancy that has since partnered with 150+ organisations, mostly startups, early-stage teams, and the founders behind them. Alongside it, she led comms and content for a purpose-led healthcare group, scaling a single brand into a five-brand portfolio under one content engine.
Earlier, across nearly seven years at Parent Inc, Minoli grew from content producer to marketing lead, growing digital communities and founding a regional influencer platform that she took from concept to commercial viability across five Southeast Asian markets.
Having been on the founder's side of the table, Minoli is most energised working alongside other builders. She's passionate about the startup scene and the fragile, thrilling early days of a venture because she knows from the inside how much the right story, the right event, and the right nudge can matter in helping an idea find its audience
