Michele Lemmens

Michele is founder of the Longevity Productivity Lab. She is passionate about reframing productivity through a longevity lens to unlock mature workforce participation and reposition mature workers from a financial burden to economic opportunity. She is driven to reimagine Workspans for individuals, businesses and governments resulting in economic resilience, and intergenerational prosperity.

Most recently, she was the APAC CTO and Head of Business Sustainability for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). She spent 25+ years at the forefront of shaping transformation, designing and scaling strategic ventures across corporate, academic, NFP, social, and start-up ecosystems in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, UK, Saudi Arabia and New Zealand. She brings the intellectual curiosity, cross-sector experience and multi-stakeholder leadership to lead impactful business outcomes spanning consulting, sustainability, technology, and social innovation.
