Entrepreneurs and early stage start-ups can save time and money by using crowdsourcing instead of hiring traditional professional services firms. In this session, David will take you to a "hands-on" tour of crowdsourcing platforms and how to use them, through the experience of a start-up company that has been built almost entirely through crowdsourcing.
David will present some successful and unsuccessful examples of crowdsourced talent, and discuss best practices for successful outcomes. Some of the leading crowdsourcing platforms will be analysed and compared, including 99Designs, oDesk, Genko.com, and fiverr.com
