Workshop on New Business Building

This two (2) day workshop on New Business Building is designed to provide participants with a working knowledge of:

  • The steps that are necessary for identifying/creating new products/services that have potential;
  • The questions that “have to be asked” before starting a new business;
  • How to maximize perceived customer value while minimizing perceived customer issues;
  • How to grow revenues quickly in a cost-effective manner as possible;
  • How to identify the best business model for a business in order to increase probability of success;
  • How to price your products/services taking into account the following requirements: revenue growth, short-term profitability, and long-term company valuation while minimizing cash requirements;
  • The ways to position a company to boost credibility and market awareness;
  • How to maximize cash invested into the business while minimizing ownership dilution and control;
  • The keys to building financial projections that get investor respect and can be used as an effective tool for managing your business;
  • How to grow a business exponentially versus slowly; and
  • How to do many other critical tasks of a successful entrepreneur

You will be able to apply this expertise in your business now or in the future. Whether you’ve never built a business before or you already have a couple of successful ventures, you will benefit from the lessons that were learned from my personal experience in building both many successful and some failed ventures and from the additional perspective gained from now teaching it to both first time and seasoned entrepreneurs.
