Ricky has more than 30 years of successful entrepreneurial experience in setting up education centres in ASEAN and China including international collaboration with America, Australia, Canada, and United Kingdom. Ricky is the largest foreign investor for Kindergarten to Higher Education in ASEAN. He is also the first education investor to be awarded “For the Cause of the Capital City Development” Medal by Hanoi People’s Committee, Vietnam in 2017. Under his leadership, KinderWorld was awarded with Singapore Quality Class for Business Excellence by SPRING Singapore in 2015, and National Training Award in 1990, 1992 & 1996 by Productivity and Services Board (now SPRING Singapore). From 2000 – 2005, Ricky has invested in 7 kindergartens in Shanghai, Xiamen, Tianjin and Xindu (China). Prior to Kinderworld, Ricky served Singapore Airlines for 18 years.
