Sireesha supports operations and business management at IIE, bringing a background that spans software development, HR technology and process optimisation. Her strength lies in building structured, scalable systems that enhance team efficiency and collaboration. She is excited to contribute to SMU’s growing entrepreneurship ecosystem and be part of a vibrant team supporting changemakers and new ventures.
Outside of work, Sireesha enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes. A competitive carrom player, she has represented Singapore internationally and is currently ranked 15th in the women’s category.
