Her previous roles include being the Global Compliance Officer at VMware Inc (NYSE: VMW), APAC Head Legal at Cloudera Inc (NYSE: CLDR), and APAC Head Legal at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE). She also practiced as a corporate lawyer with Drew & Napier LLC and Shook Lin & Bok LLC in Singapore.Kay serves on the board of Nera Telecommunications Ltd (SGX: N01), an IT solutions provider headquartered in Singapore with presence across Asia and Europe and is also a board member and honorary legal advisor to the Singapore Heart Foundation.She has deep experience in business dynamics and advising on complex challenges in change management, digital transformation, acquisitions, governance and regulatory requirements, legal disputes, and more.
