What we need you to be/ or become:

  • An excellent self-starter, self-motivator

  • Passionate/Wildly concerned with creating affordable transportations

  • Ability to execute fast and produce high standards of work

  • Have an amiable, approachable personality

  • High level of outgoing personality is required

Tertiary level education is preferred


Job Description:

  • Leading a small team to respond to daily customer and driver partner enquiries.

  • Facilitate the managing of customer/driver partners’ data in secured channels.

  • Play a key role in producing new ways and methods to reach out to driver partners.

  • Play a key role in producing customer Standard Operations Procedure (SOP)
