Job Description:

Leading a small team to respond to daily customer and driver partner enquiries.

Facilitate the managing of customer/driver partners’ data in secured channels.

Play a key role in producing new ways and methods to reach out to driver partners.

Play a key role in producing customer Standard Operations Procedure (SOP)
