Heoi Bin has more than 20 years of experience working in the statutory board, private sector, and IHL before joining SMU. Her roles in SMU include handling procurement, annual budget, rolling forecasts, grants, fixed asset management, reviewing processes, and providing guidance and advisory on financial & compliance matters. She is a Professional Business Accountant and holds ACCA Professional and ISCA Financial Forensic Accounting qualifications.

In her free time, she loves traveling with her family and enjoys playing pétanque with friends.
