Startup SG Entrepass
The Startup SG Entrepass enables eligible foreign entrepreneurs to start and operate a business in Singapore that is venture-backed or possess innovative technologies.
Applicants must apply and be accepted into SMU Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (IIE)’s Business Innovations Generator (BIG) incubation programme, OR is one of SMU’s commercialisation projects to qualify for this privilege.

Applicants must meet both of the following conditions:

Have started, or intend to start, a private limited company registered with ACRA that is venture-backed or owns innovative technologies:
- If registered, the company must be less than 6 months old on the date of application.
- If not registered, the startup can do so after they know the outcome of their application. -
Meet any of the following innovative criteria as an entrepreneur, innovator or investor listed in the link below. They do not need to meet all of the criteria for each respective profile, but having more qualifications would help their application.
