Before we bid 👋🏻 Adios to 2022, we want to share how our #IIEnovative communities made a difference despite all the changes we've faced. For the last two years, events were held virtually or in a hybrid setting. This year, physical events are once again back in full force on campus. We got to meet the fresh faces during Freshmen Orientation & were able to hold physical events in our Incubator space, The Greenhouse with more capacity. We also formed Student Committees in several departments to empower & inspire them to take the entrepreneurial route. 

Many of our SMU & Business Innovations Generator (BIG) alumnis are continuing their efforts in making great contributions in the healthcare, finance & tech sectors, while others are making their marks as successful innovators & entrepreneurs 🚀 - SMU Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (IIE) will always be ready to support!

Like previous years, 2022 was a year with many learnings & this will only make us stronger for the next. 2023 is also the year where the 11th Lee Kuan Yew Global Business Plan Competition will commence, we can't wait to see all the innovations & talents these young founders will showcase!
