Diversiteam is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Digital Marketer who loves engaging with the online audience, shares our values, is open for new challenges and wants to collect experience working in a startup environment!
Job Scope
- Work closely with the team to develop and execute growth marketing campaigns
- Manage social media channels and grow the online audience
- Design digital marketing materials and graphics
- Create relevant and engaging content related to diversity, career development, personal development and overseas experiences
- Grow Diversiteam’s global brand awareness
- Customer support and development of UX improvements
- Participate in conferences and events
Requirements
- Self-starter with willingness to take new challenges, aspiration for personal and professional development and desire to explore and learn
- Joy interacting with the audience online and offline
- Joy in content creation, SEO and UX optimisation
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience in SEO, inbound & outbound marketing
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools (Hubspot, Mailchimp etc.) is a plus
- Experience with digital designing tools (Photoshop, Illustratior, Premiere Pro) is a plus
- Experience in the HR industry is a big plus
- Speaking and writing skills in German or other European languages is a big plus
