Amel Rigneau is an innovation leader and ecosystem architect dedicated to transforming ideas into scalable ventures and tangible business impact.
Over the past 20+ years, she has operated across consulting, entrepreneurship, and corporate innovation, building ventures and orchestrating ecosystems across Asia.
She began her career at KPMG, where she developed deep expertise in business transformation, growth strategy, and performance improvement for global organizations.

She then co-founded Digital Mind Media, scaling the company from early-stage to over 1 million subscriptions across four markets in Asia, culminating in a successful exit—shaping her entrepreneurial and execution-driven approach to innovation.
She later led Open Innovation APAC at CMA CGM (ZEBOX), where she designed and executed co-innovation programs with global corporations, launched pilots, and accelerated the adoption of emerging technologies in supply chain and sustainability.

As Founder of DigitalMind Ventures, she partners with corporates, startups, and investors to unlock growth through venture building, AI-driven transformation, and cross-border expansion—particularly between Asia and the Middle East.
Her approach combines strategic discipline with entrepreneurial execution, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes: new revenue streams, faster go-to-market, and scalable innovation models.
