I am a business leader, entrepreneur, investor, mentor, and start-up coach.
In my entrepreneurial experience, I have successfully built start-up companies from scratch, building the roadmap and economic model, raising funds from private investors, defining operating processes and systems, and developing growth and product strategies. I founded four start-ups and sold two companies. I am working with start-up incubators from Canada (Hyper Accelerator), India (StartupBay), and Lebanon (American University of Beirut), coaching and mentoring over 350 founders from 45 countries. In my role at the Hyper Accelerator program, I managed the MBA-level program for start-up founders and the alumni program for graduates. I am a community mentor for the Singapore Government’s Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR). I have served as a judge for several pitching competitions in India, Lebanon, and Singapore. I currently serve as an advisor to companies in the USA, India, Malaysia and Singapore. I partnered with digital-native and conversational chatbot AI companies to enable companies to create new ways to grow retail sales.

In my corporate career, I have extensive industry experience in telecommunications and information technology. I held executive-level positions with international companies such as Avaya, British Telecom, Lucent, Unisys, and Telstra, managing teams of up to 2,000 people and operating budgets of $100M. I advised senior executives in the banking, finance, insurance, hospitality, and government verticals on digital transformation, cloud and data centre services, customer service operations, field services, contact centres, and telecommunication solutions. I am an accomplished public speaker, having presented at numerous technology events and conferences. I have a healthy network of professional contacts across Asia.

I hold a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Finance, and a Bachelor of Business degree, all conferred from Edith Cowan University in Australia. I also have professional qualifications from Google and a Diploma in Digital Marketing from Columbia University.
Outside my work life, I pursue interests such as cycling, rugby union, food writing, and beach holidays with my family.
