Tommy Leong has 32 years of business experience in B2B/B2C across Asia Pacific, Greater China and global markets. He was the former President of East Asia in Schneider Electric, where he led the overall business in South-East Asia and North-East Asia for 6 years. In addition, he held global transformation roles in Schneider Electric for 4 years as Senior Vice President of Global End-to-End Digital Customer Relationship, where he led digital/AI transformation of customer experience and commercial operations worldwide, and also Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for International Operations, a region spanning South America, Middle-East & Africa, Greater India, East Asia & Japan and Pacific.

Prior to Schneider Electric, he held senior leadership roles in Philips for 13 years, including President of Philips Lighting forGreater China, Vice President & General Manager of Philips Consumer Lifestyle for ASEAN/Pacific, Area Marketing Officer of Philips Group for Greater China, and Vice President of Marketing for Philips Consumer Electronics for Asia-Pacific, Middle-East & Africa. He started his career at Procter & Gamble, where he held regional/local marketing roles for 9 years, including Regional Marketing Director of Babycare for ASEAN, Australia/New Zealand and India.

Tommy has 9 years of Board experience and is currently serving as Board Director of CSE Global and Global BuildingsPerformance Network, and Board Advisor of Embed Financial Group Holdings, Greenview Equities Group and QuikBot Technologies. He has also previously served as Chair of Investment Committee for Singapore International Chamber of Commerce, Board Director of Green SG Collab, Supervisory Board Member of FCPE Schneider Actionnariat Mondial, and Nominated Director of multiple legal entities for Schneider Electric and Philips.

Tommy graduated from National University of Singapore in 1992 with a BBA degree, and has completed executive programs with INSEAD, Stanford-NUS, SMU and Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. He is also a Senior Accredited Director with SID and an Associate Faculty in SIT.
