Joy Zhang
Senior Manager
Joy brings experience across startup ecosystems and talent development. She graduated from the Master of Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology programme at the University of Waterloo, after which she co-founded Ecosystem 17, a cross-border cleantech ecosystem research platform working with Canadian innovation organisations to explore commercialisation and capital opportunities in APAC.
Previously, she worked at Meta as a Leadership Recruiter, building AR/VR hardware manufacturing teams, and as a Technical Recruiter, helping to scale regional product engineering teams.
Joy enjoys supporting the career and personal growth of talent, particularly as they explore and pursue entrepreneurship. Beyond Singapore, Joy has lived in China, Russia, Hong Kong and Canada. Singapore was where she first encountered entrepreneurship and received mentorship that deeply shaped her journey. She is grateful to be putting down roots here again and contributing back to the community.
