Gillian is a key member of the Administration team, covering Finance, Human Resource and Office Administration functions.

Prior to joining SMU IIE, Gillian has worked in American MNCs, SMEs, and startups in different industries, responsible for finance business partnering, financial analysis, operation finance and factory cost accounting. Her regional role allows her to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different geographical locations and cultures. Working at SME & startups has broadened her knowledge and exposure to work in dynamic environments.

Bert De Reyck is the Dean of the Lee Kong Chian School of Business at Singapore Management University, where he is also a Professor of Operations Management. Previously, Bert was the Founding Dean of the UCL School of Management at University College London. He has also held positions at London Business School, the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Rotterdam School of Management, and taught at Columbia University, Hong Kong University, and CEIBS.

Lay Khim graduated from Singapore Management University with Summa Cum Laude. She subsequently obtained a Masters of Science in Applied Economics from Singapore Management University. She was also a recipient of the SPH Magazines Salutatorian Award, Citigroup Best Final Year Accountancy Student Award as well as Roberto Mariano Top MAE Student Award.
